Patriquin, Delmer Leigh - 60, Joggins, passed away Friday, March 4, 2011 in Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Amherst. Born in Truro, he was a son of Flora (Carter) Partiquin, Truro, and the late Elmer Patriquin. In addition to his mother, Flora, he is survived by his close friend, Eleanor Brown; sons, Paul (Heather), Rockley; Jaren (Tara), Fredericton; grandchildren, Brad, Allison, Colby, Cody and Connor; sisters, Gwen (Wendell) Little, Truro; Martha (Garth) Wilson, New Annan; Sylvia (Fred) Thompson, St. Philip’s, NL; brother, Cecil (Marilyn), Edmonton; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Dale and Jamie (Sonja) Brown and Mary Ann Alexander. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, in MacDiarmid’s Funeral Home, 5075 Main Street, Oxford (447-2930). Donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
