(1979-2011) - ELSIPOGTOG, NB - It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Walter Augustine Jr. on March 6th, 2011. Born in Ste. Anne de Kent, NB he was the son of Joseph Walter Sr. and Marietta (Augustine) Augustine. Walter had worked as a woodsman. Walter will be sadly missed by his parents; Walter Sr. and Marietta, his daughter; Amesha Augustine and his son; Austin Riley Francis of Elsipogtog, three sisters; Elena Bernard (Jason) of Eskasoni, Heather Milliea (Luckie) of Elsipogtog and Jennifer Augustine (Martin Gartner) of Elsipogtog, one brother; Darren Augustine (Heather Staples) of Elsipogtog, maternal grandparents; Peter Joe and Freda Augustine of Elsipogtog and paternal grandmother; Stella Augustine of Elsipogtog, he will also be sadly missed by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather; David Augustine three uncles; David Augustine Jr., Curtis Augustine and Leroy Augustine and three cousins; Warren Augustine, Keith Augustine and Devon Augustine.
Resting at the home of his parents on Ball Park Street, Elsipogtog with visitation beginning on Tuesday at 2:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 10th, 2011 at 2:00 pm, St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Elsipogtog. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
