Peacefully at Northumberland Hall, Amherst, N.S., on Sunday, March 6, 2011, of Ada Myrtle Dollar, formerly of Springvale, age 92 years.
Beloved wife of the late Golden Dollar. Dear mother of Doris (George) MacKenzie, Clifford (Joyce), Freda (Wendell) Stavert, Doreen (Wayne) Jarvis, Ernie, Linda (Willard) Martin and Dean (Michele) Dollar. Predeceased by daughters, Ruth and her husband Donald MacDonald, Mary Dollar, infant son, Freddie, and daughter-in-law, Eva. Grandmother of 19 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Sister of Louella (Cecil) Raynard, Audrey MacKay, Shirley (Balfour) Read, sister-in-law of Ena Stevenson.
Predeceased by sisters, Marion Wigmore, Celia MacInnis-MacDowell and brothers Clarence and Randolph Stevenson. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the service will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. Interment later in Princetown Road Cemetery.
Family flowers only, however, if so desired, memorials to Princetown Road Cemetery would be appreciated.
