It is with great sadness that the family of the late Kevin Joseph Hynes Sr. announce his passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at the age of 74 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his sons: David (Mercedes), Kevin (Doreen), Darren (Francis), John (Susan) and Terry; daughters: Mary (Ambrose), Sheila (Ronnie) and Paulina; grandchildren: Nicholas, Shawn, Pamela, Justin, Jonathon, Joshua, Tracy, Penny, Jennifer, Ambrose Jr., Ryan, Samantha and Katie; great grandchildren: Shana, Kaitlyn, Maci, Jessica, Winter, Sammy, Chloe, Mitchell, Maddy and Scarlett; sisters: Alice Marks and Ann Frost; brother: Bill Hynes. He is predeceased by his grandchild: Rocky Hynes, parents: Gladys & William Hynes, sister: Mary, brothers: Hector, Roy, Richard, Ben, Eddy and Fred. Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Thursday, March 10, 2011 from 7-9 p.m. Cremation to follow. Funeral service will take place at All Hallows Catholic Church, Humber Road on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Ambrose Hynes officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to the Lung Association.
