Passed away peacefully at St. Patrick's Mercy Home on Wednesday March 9, 2011, Edward James Ryan. Predeceased by his son Anthony John (March 2009). Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 62 years Jean (nee Short); sons: Edward (Theresa Spry), Robert (Maureen Brown), Gary (Wanda Stevenson), Terry (Jaime Guy), Mike (Michelle Power); daughters: Mary (Sam Madden), Carol, Brenda (Gary Byrne), Charmaine, Sandy (Frank Hutchings). Also leaving to mourn 18 grandchildren and 18 great- grandchildren. Special Thanks to the nurses and staff on 2 east for the love and care shown to Edward. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Thursday from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place from Caul’s Chapel on Saturday, March 12th, 2011, at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow.
