It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother, Marjorie E. Perry at the Palliative Care Unit of the Saint John Regional Hospital on March 11, 2011. Born in Central Greenwich, N.B. on March 6, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ida (McKiel) Cameron. Mom is survived by five children: Donald (Patsy) Perry, Marie (David) Wilson, Shirley (Fraser) MacLeod, Linda (Robert) Cormier, and Nancy (William) Dobbins, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her family. She was predeceased by two brothers: Branford and Delbert, six sisters: Olive Picture, Mildred Foote, Edna Calvin, Kaye McLaughlin, Alice Hewey, and Constance Thom. Marjorie worked for many years at the Old General Hospital and then at the Saint John Regional Hospital until her retirement. Mom will be greatly missed by all her family and her many friends.
At Mom's request, there will be no visitation or service. There will be a private family graveside service in St. Paul's Cemetery, Oak Point at a later date. Funeral Arrangements entrusted to Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave., Saint John West (634-1701).
