New Glasgow: Marion Louise (MacIntosh) Cameron age 87 of the Shiretown Nursing Home Pictou and formerly of New Glasgow passed away on Saturday March12th, 2011 in the Shiretown Nursing Home.
Born in New Glasgow she was a daughter of the late William and Nellie(Myers) MacKenzie.
Marion lived her early years in Stellarton then went on to live in Westville before residing in New Glasgow in her later years.
She spent her working years doing home care.
Marion enjoyed selling Avon, having a good game of cards and always had time for some good conversation.
She was an adherent of the United Church.
Surviving are sons : Frances MacIntosh of New Glasgow, Alexander (Sandy) (Marion)MacIntosh of New Glasgow, Vernon MacIntosh of Hopewell.
Daughters: Betty Ramsay of Sunny Brae, Marion Cameron of Wallace. Grandchildren: Sandy Jr., Audrey, Amanda, David, Michelle, Bobby, Cathy, Earl, Patricia, Bonnie, Ronnie, Jamie, Stephen, Barbie, April and Randy.
A number of great grandchildren, a sister Lois (Gerald) McKinnon of New Glasgow, a brother Hugh (Carla) MacKenzie of New Glasgow,
sister-in-law Pam Pace of Ontario,
brother–in-law Jim Duff of Trenton.
She was predeceased by her first husband Frances MacIntosh, her second husband Herbert Henderson and her third husband Ernest Cameron. Brothers: Lawrence Pace , Robert (Marion) MacKenzie
Sisters: Helen Gillis , Jean (Arthur) Davidson, Katherine MacMillan, Joan Turple, Betty Duff and a sister Ruth Isabelle in infancy.
A private family service will be held from the H.W.Angus Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Heather Landry officiating.
Burial will be in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens at a later date.
