It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gladys Gardner announce her passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Monday, March 14, 2011 at the age of 91 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Ab (Vida), Blanche, Marie, Jean (Randy) McCarthy, Lynn (Stewart) Anderson, Jack (Betty), Calvin, Shirley (Robert) Hindy, Bill (Vi), Bonnie (Larry) Gilbert, and Lillian (Richard) MacLean, 29 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild, her brother: George Gardner, her sister: Blanche Cooper as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  She is predeceased by her husband John, brothers: Ralph, Bill, sister: Mary, daughters-in-law: Sharon & Kelly.  Visitation will take place at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.  Funeral service will take place at St. Michaels Anglican Church, Park Drive on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Roberts officiating.  Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery.  As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of ones choice.  The family guest book may be signed or memorial donations may be made by visiting our website at www.country-haven.ca.
