The death occurred peacefully at the Colville Manor in Souris on Monday, March 14, 2011, of Cammie Pierce, age 91 years, formerly of Elmira.
Survived by sisters, Anna Rossiter, Ethel (Henry) Majeau. Predeceased by brother, Kenneth; sisters, Frances Henningsen and Kay MacIssac Mahar.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris for visiting hours on Wednesday, March 16, 2011, 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral to be held on Thursday afternoon to St. Columba Roman Catholic Church in Fairfield, for funeral mass to be celebrated at 2:30 p.m. Interment in the parish cemetery.
Members of the Royal Canadian Legion are asked to assemble at the funeral home on Wednesday at 5:45 p.m. for a Legion service.
