Phyllis Talbot Fraser was born in England on August 13, 1919 and passed away in Kamloops on March 14, 2011 at the age of 91 years.

Phyllis is survived her loving children Doug (Kathy) Fraser of Williams Lake, B.C.; Sandra Fraser of Vancouver, B.C.; and Ken Fraser of Kamloops, B.C.; grandchildren Kane (Cara) Fraser, Simon (Jill) Fraser, Caleb (Misty) Fraser, and Jeff (Jena) Fraser; daughter in-law Andrea Fraser; numerous great grandchildren and many other family members.

Phyllis was predeceased by her husband Albert and son Keith.

Phyllis was born in England and moved to Canada as a baby. She was raised in Chilliwack. She was a teacher taking time to serve with WRNS (Women's Royal Naval Service) during WWII. Phyllis was married in 1950 to Albert James Fraser. Together they raised three sons and a daughter. She continued teaching until her retirement when she and Albert were blessed with the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the world.

Mom was always the center of the family and family events at her house were a common occurrence.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 18, 2011 in St. George's Anglican Church, 308 Royal Avenue, Kamloops, Captain The Reverend Isabel C. Healy-Morrow officiating.
