Dianne Keats-O'Brien

It is with great sadness that we announce that Dianne Keats-O'Brien passed away peacefully at the Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA, March 12, 2011 surrounded by her loving family at the young age of 46. Born in St. John's, Nfld., she was the daughter of the late Ken Keats of St. John's, Nfld., and Grace Keats (Farrell) of Riverview, NB. She is survived by her loving husband Gerry O'Brien (Redmond, WA), her loving son Brandon O'Brien (Redmond, WA), her little Princess Tootsie and her pretty girl Kisses. She will be sadly missed by her sister Susan Keats (Riverview, NB) and her nephew Shane Keats (Riverview, NB), who Dianne held very dear in her heart. She will also be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many friends. Dianne graduated from JMA in 1983, worked at Atlantic Lottery for many years, was a girl guide in her younger years and enjoyed being in Militia. She enjoyed the simple things in life, always caring and giving toward others. Many thanks to the wonderful doctors and nurses at the Harborview Medical Center and special friends that helped the family with this difficult time.
By honoring Dianne's wishes there will be no funeral service. If you wish to make a donation in her memory, the family requests you do so in your choice of charity.
