On Wednesday, March 9th, family and friends gathered at St. Joseph's Church to celebrate the life of and to lay to rest our dear mother. Now we would like to take this opportunity to thank so many people whose gentle hugs, warm words and presence helped carry us through this very difficult time. We are truly grateful to Dr. P. Murphy, Palliative Care doctors and nurses, and the VON nurses. We will never forget the care, dignity and compassion given during Mom's in home care. A warm heartfelt thanks to all those who traveled far and near to be with us, gave mass cards, sympathy cards, offered their condolences, sent food, flowers and made donations. A very special thank you to Rev. Conrad Edwards and St. Joseph's Church Choir. To the Ladies Auxilliary Branch 12 for the prayers at the funeral home. Thank you to pallbearers: Isadore, Raymond and Dennis Doucet, Jordan Young, Gordon Bishop and Chess MacDonald. Thank you to the readers Stephen MacLean, Janelle Steele, and Keagan Young. To the Offertory bearers: Miranda and Craig Cantwell, Eucharistic Minister, Dennis Dawson. To Bill Curry and staff who took care of every detail with concern and dignity.
