Lamond, Elaine Joyce -49. it is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce Elaine's passing at Dartmouth General Hospital on july 18,2009.She was the daughter of Peggy(Lamond) Gray and the Late Jake Lamond .She is survived by her only son Brad (Tanya) Barrett,grandchildren Breanna & Landen,stepfather Donald Gray,sister Barbie(Bob) special neice Lisa(Donald)great-newphews Noah&Brayden,grandmother Eileen Baker,aunts Freda,Sandra,Dorothy,uncle Hank Lamond Sydney Mines,special friend Michael lynch.She was predeceased by grandfather Alex Baker and uncle Kenneth Baker.Many thanks to her friends Gaye and Diane for their support and comfort.
Elaine worked as a Medical Transcriptionest for many years at Capitol Health. As per her request her body has been donated tl Dalhousie Science Centre.Memorial at a later date.Donations Canadian Cancer Society or charity of choice.
