Moore, Sylvester “Bud” 87, Bible Hill, passed away on March 18, 2011 in Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Born in Truro, he was a son of the late Robert and Amy (Stewart) Moore, and he was raised by John and Beatrice Elliott. Sylvester worked at many jobs over the years, the longest being with the Town of Truro for 44 years. He is survived by his wife of five years, Mary; step-children, Nancy (Alan) Ryan, Lower Truro; Danny Delaney, Bible Hill; grandchildren, Chelsey, Alice and Theresa; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his first wife of 63 years, Tressa; brothers, Robert and John; sister, Gertrude. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 22nd from 7 to 9pm, with Memorial Service on Wednesday, March 23rd at 2pm, both in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow Street, Truro. Rev.
