1930 - 2011 - Gloria Jones, 80 passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2011 as a result of complications following surgery at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Moncton on October 12, 1930 daughter of the late Irenée and Marie (Breau) Cormier. Having spent most of her life in Moncton she had recently relocated to Hampton, NB close to Saint John and daughter Lorna and her family. For the past 19 years her son Brent has been living and working in western Canada and is currently residing in Evesham, Saskatchewan. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Lorna Jones (Jim) MacMullin of Saint John, son Brent (Sylvia) Jones of Evesham, SK, three grandchildren; Andrew MacMullin, Amy MacMullin and Amanda (Jones) Gauvin as well as six great grandchildren; Alex MacMullin, Jayme MacMullin, Ryan MacMullin, Alyssa Gauvin, Jacob Gauvin and Carter Gauvin.
Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 23rd, 2011 from 7 to 9pm. Funeral service will be held from Fair Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, March 24th, 2011 at 3:00pm with reception to follow in the Garden View Reception Room.
