(November 30, 1922 - March 18, 2011). Passed peacefully away at St Clare’s Mercy Hospital, St. John’s on Friday, March 18, 2011, Allan Williams of Ferryland, age 88 years. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Bridget Williams, step-father James Clowe (Sr), seven brothers and one sister. Leaving with precious memories his beloved wife of 65 years, Josephine (Kavanagh); daughters: Anna (Albert Blair), Grand Junction, Colorado, Ruth (Mike) Walsh, Eunice Williams, Myra (Fred) Brophy, Ferryland; son Darrin (Bonita), Whitecourt, Alberta; grandchildren: Kieran (Kristin), Sean (Judy), Liam (Wendy), Warren (Shannon), Keith (Sarah), Freddie, Darrin (Seanna), Kimberly (Justin), Alexander, Connor, Claire and Emma; great-grandchildren: Brett, Seamus, Isaac, Liam, Nathaniel, Declan, Zachery, Calista, Christopher, Kyle, Cody, Emma and Cody; sister Anna Maher; brothers: Herb (Helen), Kevin (Kathleen), Vince (Viola), and a large circle of relatives and friends including niece Darlene and Randy Hayes and Mary Lundrigan. Resting at Fahey’s Funeral Home, Fermeuse on Sunday 6-9 p.m., Monday 2-9 p.m., Tuesday 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Mass of Christian burial on Tuesday, March 22 at 2 p.m. from Holy Trinity Church, Ferryland.
