The death occurred peacefully at Moncton City Hospital, on Monday March 21, 2011, surrounded by her loving family of Erma (Beairsto) Hickey of Darnley. Born in South Kildare daughter of the late John and Beatrice (Arthur) Beairsto. Wife of James Hickey Jr., Mother of Gary (Maria) Hickey, Myles (Cheryl) Hickey and Marsha (Kevin) Nettle. Grandmother of Ryan, Olivia, Michelle, Andrea, Matthew, Ian and Haden. Sister of Preston (Dorothy) Beairsto and Ivan (Gertrude) Beairsto. Sister-in-law of Myra Chadwick, Luella Bryanton Owen, Marion Hickey and Mary Hickey. Also survived by many well loved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by daughter Sandra Rose Hickey and many special brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Friday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment later in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley.
