Passed peacefully away at home on March 22, 2011, one day before his 83rd birthday, Edward Walsh. Left with fond and loving memories his devoted wife of 61 years Rita (O’Neill); cherished daughters: Patricia King (Joe), Judy Malone (Ken); the joys of his life his grandsons: Brian Malone (Laura), Colin Malone (Ann), “Poppy’s little girls” great-granddaughters: Ella and Eva Malone; brothers: Jack (Frances), Lar (Jean) and Jerry (Dolly); sisters-in-law: Ruth Carew (Nick) and Maureen O’Neil; also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Visitation on Wednesday, March 23rd from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., Thursday 10 a.m. - 12 noon, 2-4 p.m. - 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place Friday from Mary Queen of Peace, Torbay Road at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
