Passed peacefully away at the Hoyles Escasoni Complex on March 23, 2011, Thomas Gerald Biddiscombe, age 75, of Logy Bay, NL. Predeceased by parents Gerald and Rebecca Biddiscombe and brother Maxwell Biddiscombe. Leaving to mourn his devoted wife of 49 years, Mary (Murrin); daughter Cathy (Ted); son Paul (Edna); grandchildren: April, Amy, Samantha and Natasha; one great-grandchildren Avery-Marie; brothers: Victor (Shirley), Joe (Camilla), Doug (Roma) and Harry (Judy); sisters: Laura (Orley), Lucy (Doug), Dallas (Johnny) and Bonnie (Gary); sisters-in-law: Anna, Helen and special sisters-in-law: Anna, Helen and special sister-in-law Geraldine “Deanie” Hickey; special friend Walter Barrington, as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. Special thank you to the staff at the Personal Care Unit and North 1 Unit of the Hoyles Escasoni Complex. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Thursday, March 24, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Friday, March 25, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel.
