HOGUE, Russell C. “Russ” – 45, Scottsville, New York, formerly of Bible Hill, passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 12, 2011. Born and raised in Hubbards, he was a son of Paul and Judy Hogue, Hubbards. Russ was a past member of Bible Hill Fire Brigade and Valley Kemptown Fire Brigade. In addition to be a dedicated husband and father, Russ was president of Scottsville Fire Corporation. A paramedic with Rural Metro and Spencerport Ambulance and a volunteer at Scottsville Ambulance, he committed his life to service of others, and will remain in our hearts and be deeply missed. Along with his parents, Russ is survived by his loving wife Patricia “Patti” (Boyle); children, Stephanie Hogue, Truro; Paul, Patrick, Ian, Alex, Madison, Colin, at home; parents-in-law, James “Jim” and Louise Boyle, Bible Hill; brother, Jeffrey “Jeff” (Leslie) Hogue, Hubbards; sisters-in-law, Sheila (Darrell) Peck, Bible Hill; Nancy Boyle-Currie (Bill), White Rock, British Columbia; brother-in-law, Bill (Della) Boyle, Bible Hill; several nieces and nephews. Rite of Christian Burial was held Thursday, March 17, 2011, in Saint Mary Of The Assumption Church, Scottsville.
