Marita Rebecca Perry, 92, Elmsdale, formerly of Riverview, NB, passed away Friday March 25, 2011 in the Halifax Infirmary Site, QEII Health Sciences Centre. Born in Hilltop, NB, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mabel (Taylor) Phair. She leaves behind her sons, William (Joyce) Turner, Ronald (Phyllis) Perry, daughter Katherine (Donald) Matthews- with whom she resided, she also leaves many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sister Ruth (Edward) Mullin, brother Harry (Thelma) Phair; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband George, sister Hazel Waye and brothers, Walter Phair and Jack Phair. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie. A memorial service will be held 2pm Tuesday March 29, 2011 in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Highway 2, Shubenacadie East .
