It is with great sadness that the family of “Miss” Dora announce her death at the Oromocto Public Hospital on Friday, March 25, 2011 at the age of 78. Born in Minto, NB on October 23, 1932 she was the spouse of the late William Wetmore Quigley. Dora leaves behind her daughters, Jill (Bill Depow) and Jo-Anne Hargrove; sister Mary Fulton; brothers, Bruce (Meridel), Bennett (Roberta), and Walter (Myra) Armstrong; grandchildren, Matthew, Monica and Cole Hargrove, Trent and Connor Hargrove-MacAulay and Mark and Michael Depow; and many other cherished family members and close friends. In addition to her spouse William, she was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Mildred (Mercier) Armstrong; son, Neale Hargrove and grandson, Neale Hargrove.
A memorial service will be held at Oromocto Funeral Home, 108 Winnebago St., on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at 5 pm with Fr. Ken Weir officiating. Reception to follow. Interment will take place in the Burton Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers or donations, warm thoughts and happy memories would be appreciated.
