FOLEY, Patrick Leonard– Passed peacefully away after a brief illness, Patrick Leonard (Len) Foley (March 17th, 1922 - July 22nd, 2009). Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Bridget Foley and siblings Rose Winter (Gus), Mary Lawlor (Walter), Joe Foley and Jim Foley. Leaving to mourn sisters-in-law Nella Foley and Paula Perelli, and a number of nieces and nephews and their families, as well as friends in Newfoundland, Ontario, Florida, California and Italy. Special thanks to the staff of the palliative care unit at the L.A. Miller Centre. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Saturday, July 25th, 2009 from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Cremation to follow. Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, July 27th, 2009 from St. Pius X Church at 9:30 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of your choice or to “lifelong learners.”
