The death occurred suddenly at home on Saturday, July 25, 2009, of Ina J. Woodside of Sea View, aged 72 years. Born in Summerside on Oct. 13, 1936, daughter of the late Arthur and Irene (Champion) Larkin. Wife of Donald H. Woodside. Mother of Phyllis (David) McCallum, Sussex, N.B.; Kimberley Woodside, Belleville, Ont.; and Michael Woodside, Edmonton, Alta. Nanny to Darcie (Scott) Sharp, Timothy (Angela) McCallum, Shane McCallum, Leanne McCallum, Andrew Woodside and Nicholas Kipling and great nanny to Katelyn Sharp and Braelyn McCallum. Sister of Katherine (Ken) Pettigrew, Osgoode, Ont,. and Malpeque; Jean Mayhew (late Clair), Joan (John L. “Jack”) Bernard and Deanna (David) Bryanton, all of Kensington. Sister-in-law of Ruth (Nelson) Caseley, Summerside; Margaret Woodside (late Douglas), Burlington; George Pickering (late Rena), Kensington; Charles Schurman (late Bonnie), Summerside; Don (Margaret) Harris (late Barbara), Summerside; and Valerie Woodside (late Scott), Margate. Predeceased by brother Arthur Larkin and grandson Arthur Woodside, sister and brother-in-law Phyllis and Lyall Hawkins and brother-in-law Ross Woodside. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, where a private funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday. No visitation by personal request.
