KRACK, Luella Ruth (nee Lean) passed away Sunday, July 26th, 2009 at the Herb Bassett Home in Prince Albert, SK. She was born February 21st, 1921 in Meacham, SK to Hans and Sarah Lean. She was married on June 18th, 1945 to Marcel Charles Napolean Krack in Rosthern, SK. Luella and Marcel raised two children Calvin Marcel Krack and Kurtis Neil Krack. They moved to Prince Albert, SK in 1956 when Calvin was seven years old. Calvin married Barbara Redhead and they had a son Kirk Krack. Luella cared for her children and grandchild with much love. For the majority of her life she lived on an acreage east on Highway 302 of Prince Albert, SK, where she enjoyed gardening and baking. She is survived by her loving husband Marcel; her sons Calvin (Barbara) and Kurtis; her grandson Kirk (Mandy-Ray); her brother Norman (Kay) Lean. She was predeceased by her two sisters Hilma Gibb and Margaret Lean. Prayer Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, and the Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2009 with the Celebrant Father Clifford Tremblay at St. Mark Roman Catholic Church, 581 – 9th Street East. Interment will be held at Prince Albert Memorial Gardens. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations may be directed to Canadian Diabetes Association.
