Passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on Friday, April 1st, Donald R. Price of Grand Bank, age 75 years. Predeceased by parents John & Dinah Price; brother Eli, sister Violet; mother & father in-law, Philip and Minnie Downey; sister-in-law Jessie Hanrahan & brother-in-law, Joe Fizzard. Leaving to mourn: Wife Mary of 51 years; daughter Donna(Allan); sons John(Ellie); Craig(Doris); Dave(Leslie); Darrell(Julie); Jason(Katrina); 8 grandchildren; sisters Vera, Millie, Florence & Ethel. Also, a large circle of other relatives and friends.Funeral service was conducted by Majors Lyndon & Lisa Hale from the Salvation Army Citadel,Grand Bank at 2pm on Monday April 4th.Interment took place at the Salvation Army Cemetery Grand Bank.Music was provided by the Salvation Army Band,& String Band.Pall Bearers were Craig Price,David Price,Darrell Price,Gerald Stacey,Wayne Downey,Lloyd Downey,Bill Dolimount,& Len Butt. Donations in his memory may be made to the Price Family. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of Warren's Funeral Home, Grand Bank.
