Passed peacefully away at Chancellor Park on Friday, April 1, 2011, Joan Violet Kilpatrick (Rollings) in her 91st year. Leaving to mourn with fond memories of a life well lived, four sons: Donald, Ottawa, ON, Keith (Audrey), Steady Brook, NL, Neil, Toronto, ON, Sean (Cindy), Paradise, NL; seven grandchildren: Stephen, Jeffrey, Ryan, Mark (Maureen), Cory, Bradley and Adam; sisters-in-law: Marie Kilpatrick, St. John’s, NL, Gloria Tuttle, Indiana, USA; brother-in-law, Gerald, Surrey, BC; as well as other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Howard Kilpatrick, in 2006. At Joan’s request, cremation has already taken place. Private interment to follow at a later date. Donations in Joan’s memory may be made to Heavenly Creatures or the S.P.C.A.
