It is with great sadness that the family of the late Charlie Crant announce his passing at the Connaigre Peninsula Community Health Centre, Harbour Breton, NL on Monday April 4, 2011 at the age of 64. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his loving wife: Joclyn; children: Carl (Dave Petten), Windsor, ON, Craig (Erin), Richmond, ON, Jimmy (Amber), Kanata, ON, Christopher (Nicole), Edmonton, AB; grandchildren: Madison, Molly, Mitchell & Shauna; brothers: Walter (Joan), Mulgrave, NS Gerard (Karen), St. Alban’s, NL, Albert (Doreen), Anthony (Frances), all of mulgrave, NS; parents in law: Abraham & Esmerelda Collier, St. Joseph’s Cove, NL as well as a large circle of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents: Charles & Mary; brothers: John William & Robert. The funeral service was held on Thursday April 7, 2011 at 2 pm at St. Ignatius R. C. Church, St. Alban’s with Father Justin Dawson officiating. Interment followed at the Roman Catholic Cemetery, St. Alban’s. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
