HAUSCHILD: Audrey Evelyn, age 84 years of White Rock, BC and formerly of Swift Current, SK passed away Sunday, July 19, 2009 at her home in White Rock. Evelyn is survived by her son Clarence and his wife Carol of Allan, SK and their daughter Josi (Bryce) Coutts of Saskatoon and Clarence's children: Denise (Rob) Rogers, Evelyn(Trevor) Stocki and Keith Horner; a daughter Maryann and her husband Wayne Brock of White Rock, BC and their children; Debbie and Dave Wolfe, Jodie and her son Josh of White Rock, BC. Also surviving are many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also left to mourn are two sisters: Yvonne Fisher of Calgary and Marion Almas of Hamilton Ontario and one brother Johnnie in British Columbia. She was predeceased by her husband John in 1992, step daughter Laverne Schmaltz in 2008, sister Anna (John) Krause and brother Rodney Johnson, all of Swift Current SK. Evelyn was born in the Leinan District, SK on April 3, 1925. She attended school at Jorgenson school in the Stewart Valley District. She married John Hauschild in 1945. The couple farmed in the Simmie district until 1950, they purchased a farm just north of Swift Current. Upon the sale of this farm they moved to reside in the City in 1977. She moved to Lethbridge, AB in 1998 and spent her last six months with her daughter in White Rock, BC. The funeral service was held at the Chapel of Warren's Funeral Home on July 27, 2009 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Linda Hall of the St. Olaf Lutheran Church officiating. The interment service followed at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Warren's Funeral Home were entrusted with the arrangements.
