Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home in her 93rd year on April 7, 2011, Genevieve C. Gladney (Maher). Predeceased by husband Raymond (1969), sister Monnie Mulcahy (1995) and daughter-in-law Beverly (2003). Left to celebrate her long life are son Jim, daughters Anita (Guenter Kastler), Isabelle (Michael Duff) and Jeanne (Tony Collins); grandchildren Laura, Raylene, Erin, Sean, Julie, Colleen, Patrick and Peter; eight great-grandchildren; and a large circle of nephews and nieces, including cherished niece Margie Mulcahy. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road with visitation on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, April 11, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. from St. Pius X Parish.
