The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by family and friends, at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home on Saturday, April 9, 2011, of Joan Hagarty, beloved wife of the late Michael, of Stanley Bridge, age 62.
No visitation by personal request.
Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine’s Roman Catholic Church, Rustico, on Wednesday, April 13, 2011, at 10 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
Due to severe allergies, please refrain from wearing scented products.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Central Queen’s Funeral Home, New Glasgow.
