PERKINS, Tina Marie - Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at her residence in Ottawa, age 43 years. Loving mother of Taryn and Tristan, both at home. Cherished daughter of Gordon Perkins (Claudette) and Fernande (Carriere) Perkins. Lovingly remembered by her aunts Gail Gaucher and Linda Perkins, eight uncles, many cousins, as well as her godparents Fernand Carriere (Laurette). Tina will also be sadly missed by her sister Dianne (Mike) Paquette. Family and friends will be received at the M. JOHN SULLIVAN FUNERAL HOME, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall on Monday from 2 - 4pm and 7 - 9pm and on Tuesday from 9:30 - 10:45am. Funeral Liturgy, Tuesday, June 20, 2017 in the Chapel of the Funeral Home at 11am, followed by Cremation.
