HILDER, Scott – 49, Truro, passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 18, 2017. Born in St. Thomas, Ontario, he was a son of Elda (Brown) Hilder, London, Ontario, and the late Ritchie Hilder. Along with his mother, Scott is survived by his children, Brody and Cansas; siblings, Norman (Jean), Cameron (Nancy), Joyce (Jim), Connie (Brian), Allen (Yolanda), Darin; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Arrangements have been entrusted to Mattatall – Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro, where Scott’s family will receive friends from 3-4 p.m., Sunday, June 25, 2017. Interment will follow in Anglican Cemetery, Riversdale Road, Kemptown. If so desired, donations in Scott’s memory to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia are welcomed.
