WATTERS, Edmond Alfred – Surrounded by family at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Monday July 10, 2017. He was 77. Loving husband of Rita J. (Decarie) Watters. Will be sadly missed by his five children Angela (Mike) Seguin, Christine (John) Flaro, Charlene (Gary) Lalonde, Rodney (Cathy) Watters and Timothy (Judy) Watters, and by his two step-children Jake (Amanda) Coombs and Julie Coombs. He will be cherished by his 9 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Will be missed by his brothers and sisters. Cremation services entrusted to the M. John Sullivan Funeral Home, 341 Pitt Street (across from city hall) Cornwall. A private family service will be held at a later date.
