It is with great sadness the family of Albert Clifford Burden announce his passing on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at the age of 69 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 47 years, Karen (nee Pynn); sister Joy; sisters-in-law: Glenda Smith (Terry), Fern Burden and family; brother-in-law Melvin Pynn. Albert was predeceased by his parents Clifford and Joan Burden; brothers and sisters: Patsy (Calvin) Boutcher and Paul; sister-in-law Audrey Rice, as well as a large circle of nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. In keeping with Albert's wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Thursday, August 3, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road. Funeral service will take place on Friday, August 4, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. from Country Haven Funeral Chapel, officiated by Rev. Jocelyn Cook. Interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a Charity of one's choice.
