A resident of Chatham, formerly of Point Aconi, Nova Scotia, Peggy peacefully passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Meadow Park Nursing Home at the age of 85. Peggy was the daughter of the late Garfield and Rosella Carey.
Beloved wife of, Michael Stewart Beaton; loving mother of, Michael (Chrisie) Beaton of Chatham, Elaine (Clifford) Beaton-O’Neil of Mulmur, Glen (Jackie) Beaton of Guelph and Nancy (Robert) Simmons of Grand Valley; grandmother of nine, and great-grandmother of ten.
Cremation to take place with interment in Cape Breton at a date to be determined.
Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
