Passed away peacefully at St. Patrick's Mercy Home. Predeceased by her husband Matthew Breen and sons Richard and Matthew. Leaving to mourn her daughter Maureen Noome, son Dennis Breen, her sister Catherine Leonard, six grandchildren, four nieces and five nephews. Special thank you to Noreen Wells, her cousin, for all her visits over the years. Big thank you to the staff at St. Patrick's Mercy Home for all that they did for my mom during her time with them.
