Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit, L.A. Miller Centre, surrounded by her loving family on August 4, 2009, Geraldine Orser, aged 66 years. Predeceased by her loving husband “Buck” 2002; parents: Paul and Marion Stokoe. Leaving to mourn son Chris and daughter Carrie Lynn (Michael); granddaughters: Karly and Madison; sisters: Gail (Ken Lee) and Anne Smith. Also leaving to mourn a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater on Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from Memorial United Church, Portugal Cove, on Friday, August 7, 2009 at 2 p.m. with interment at the United Cemetery, Bauline Line.
