Passed peacefully away at Pleasant View Towers surrounded by his loving family on Thursday August 24, 2017, Fred Hickey of Holyrood in his 99th year. Predeceased by his wife Helen, parents: Lawrence & Ellen Hickey, daughter Lorraine & sister Evelyn. Left with fond & loving memories are his sons: Fred (Geraldine), Larry (Pat), daughter, Wanda Doyle (Bill), his grand children, Lee Ann, Tanya, Billy (Kimfa), Janine O'Malley (John), Lee (Sherry), Sherry (Paul), Nicole Coombs (Stephen), great-grand children: Mackenzie, Jake, Aaron, Katie, Jenna, Benjamin, Nicholas, Claire & Griffin, niece Doreen Molloy, & a large circle of other relatives & friends. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation will take place on Saturday & Sunday from 2 - 5 pm & 7 - 9 pm. Funeral will take place on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 10:30 am with Mass of Christian Burial from Holy Cross Church, Holyrood. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Holyrood.
