Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Hospital; Anne "Annie" Furlong. Predeceased by her loving husband Denis (May 31, 2005); her parents, John and Margaret (nee McDonald) O'Brien, siblings William, Kathleen, Leo, Theresa O'Brien, Mary Hartery and Margaret Tilley with their spouses. Left to celebrate her long amazing life is her niece, Carol Anne (Dave) Lincoln and their children, Marcy, NY; grandchildren by choice, Donna and Andrew Power and their mother, Anna Power; special friends Joe (Elizabeth) Kennedy, Marjorie Gaulton, Jessica Cole, Helena Gough, Dana Warren and Laura Scevious; brother-in-law Tom Furlong; members of the O'Brien and Furlong Families; members of Seniors Resource Centre and CNR Pensioners Association. Special thank you to Dr. Mercedes Penton and her staff, Dr. Richard Hewitt for the excellent care over the years, also the wonderful staff at Pleasantview Towers especially 4NE and her homecare workers, Amanda and Brittany Murphy and Rubena MacKenzie. Funeral Service from Caul's Chapel on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 2 pm followed by inurnment at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to VOWR Radio Station, P.O.
