She loved to share her meals and baked goods with a wide circle of family, friends and with any stranger who showed up at her doorsteps. Marina and Ted spent a good many quality years sharing in the cabin community behind Hawke's where many grateful family members and friends were welcome and fed at their cabin home. High Pond Country Inn was a gift to themselves and family members after working hard a life time to ensure their family was blessed. It was here, in a simple cabin in the woods, that the lives of Marina and Ted were graced with the greatest of earthly memories. The family will be receiving family and friends on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at St. Theresa Church in Port au Choix from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where also the funeral service will take place from on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 11 am, with Father Rag officiating with the burial to follow at the family plot of the church cemetery in Sandy Cove, NL.
