Passed peacefully away in the arms of her loving family on April 15, 2011 at the L.A. Miller Centre, P.C.U. Mary Georgina (Jean) Penney aged 79 years. Predeceased by her first husband Gordon Noseworthy; brothers David and Gordon Whittle. Leaving with fond memories her husband and "life buddy" of 44 years, Ronald; daughters Linda Rogers (Bill), Denise Burke (Tom), Barbara Morgan (Paul), Carol White (Barrie), Susan Noseworthy, Siobhan Bouzane (Randy); Grandchildren Sean (Jennifer), Colleen (Mark Gillingham), Brian (Meggan) & Stephanie Martin, Michelle (Colin) and Janet Burke, Penney (Chris), Erica and Andrew Morgan, Ross, Steven (Ashlee), Matthew (Hollie) and Ryan White, Leighann Holwell (Will), Mikaela and Erin Bouzane; Great Grandchildren Noah White, Ben Gillingham, Jack Martin. Sisters-in-law Gertie Whittle, Josephine Kelly, Doris Penney, Mary Penney, Monica Penney, as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Sunday, April 17 from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Monday, April 18 from 12 noon - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, April 19th, 2011 from St. Paul's Church at 9:30 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation made be made in her memory to the Palliative Care Unit.
