Peacefully at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre of James W. "Jim" Nicolle of Oyster Bed Bridge, age 65 years. Beloved husband of Laverne (nee Samms) Nicolle and dear father of Chris (Jennifer) Samms, Erica (Phillip Therrien) Nicolle, Lee (Janis) Nicolle and Cody (Sara) Nicolle. He is also survived by eight loving grandchildren Lucas, Lauren, Benjamin, Ryan, Tyler, Emilee, Jessica and Noah; brothers and sisters, Cliff (Olive-deceased), Walt (Vida-deceased), Wilson (Joyce), Gary (Jeanine), Wade (Rachael), Kevin (Karen), Ernest, Dora (Guy) Timmons, Laura (John) Allen, Diane (Keith Mitchell) Nicolle, Lynn (Irving) Decker and Eileen. He was predeceased by his parents Phillip and Harriett (nee Major) Nicolle; brothers and sisters, George, Raymond, Shirley Pittman and Irene Nicolle. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held on Friday morning in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Interment later.
