Passed suddenly away on April 15, 2011 at the Health Sciences Complex at the age of 36. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her mother Margaret (Spry); father Sterling; stepmother Linda; three sisters Maxine Yetman (Barry) of Ont., Cheryl and special friend Bernice, and Kim Snook (Bill); brother Sterling (Dickie) and friend Roxanne; special aunt Rose; special uncle Joe; her boyfriend John Hearn “Love Always.” Special thanks to Corina and Glen Jones. Also the family wish to extend a very special thanks to the doctor’s and nurses of the ICU at the Health Sciences complex as well as Fr. Roche. At Tammy’s request, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held from Barrett’s Chapel, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 10 a.m. with a visitation to follow from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
