It is with great sadness that the family of the late Edgar William Park announce his passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Sunday, April 17, 2011 at the age of 69 years.  He will be sadly missed by his loving family, his ex wife and friend; Olive Park, his four daughters; Marina (Harold), Kimberly (Leighton) Hiscock of Fort McMurray, AB,  Patricia (Carl Crowley) of Clarenville, NL, Holly (Dwight) Lavers of Halifax, NS,  his five sons; Andy of Cambridge, ON, Glen (Cecilia) of Fort McMurray, AB,  Hughie of Corner Brook, NL, Randell of Fort McMurray, AB,  Barry of Cambridge, ON, 19 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 5 brothers; Joe (Helen), Edward (Sadie), Roland, Kevin (Maureen), Terry (Karl) as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his parents Isaac & Melinda Park, his sister Joan Brake and his brother Eli. Visitation will take place at St. James Anglican Church, Gillams, NL on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday, April 20, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at St. James Anglican Church, Gillams, NL on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 4 p.m. with Rev. Malcolm Palmer officiating.  Interment to follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery, Meadows, NL. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to the Cancer Society or to the St. James Anglican Church, Meadows, NL. The family guest book may be signed or memorial donations may be made by visiting our website at www.country-haven.ca.
