It is with great sadness that the families of Laudrick Wilson Pittman announce his passing at the St. Claire's Mercy Hospital, in St. John's, NL, on Thursday, September 21st, 2017, at the age of 80 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife; Mildred nee Decker, his daughter; Trudy Pittman, son; James (Ruelle) Pittman, his step-children; Jim (Joy) Rodgers, Denise (Claude) Randell, & Nicole (Arthur); cousins, a large number of grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, his siblings; Harold (Sam) Wanda Pittman, Melvin (Margaret) Pittman, Louise (Bruce) Hutchings, Bonnie (Eugene) Anstey, and Roy Pittman. Also leaving to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, extended family, and friends. Laudrick was predeceased by his parents; Beulah and James Pittman, and his sister; Shirley Pittman. The family will be receiving family and friend at Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL, on Sunday, September 24th, 2017 from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The Funeral service will take place from St. Paul's United Church on Monday, September 25th, 2017 at 2:00 pm, with Rev. Dr. Tony Newell officiating with the burial to follow at the family plot of the Deer Lake Interdenominational Cemetery on Wight's Road, Deer Lake, NL.
