Cherished wife of Norman Campbell of Cornwall, formerly of Scotstown, QC. Dear sister-in-law of Arthur Smeltzer of Windsor, QC. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Charles Chapman and Annie (nee McCourt), sisters Pearl Smeltzer, Lila (Chris) Hayes, Florence (Maurice) Sears, Rhoda (Henry) Leonard, Hazel (Wesley) Millar, Ethel (Douglas) Jondreville, Mary (Lloyd) Paige and brother Carl (Bea) Frame. Friends will be received at the MCARTHUR BROS. & MACNEIL FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 428 Second Street East, Cornwall on Friday from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 1:00 - 1:45 p.m. where the funeral and memorial services in Betty’s honour will be held in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Rev.
