Gray, Tilmon Joseph “Tim” - 84, of the Maritime Odd Fellows Home, Pictou and formerly of Lyons Brook, passed away September 26, 2017 at the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in St. Charles, New Brunswick, he was the son of the late Joseph Louis Saul Gray and Marie Delphine (Richard) Gray. He was a manager with Clairtone and retired from T.Gray/Maritime Electronics. Tim attended Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church, Pictou and will be well remembered for his love of the outdoors. Both working on his land, being out on the lake in his speed boat, and mostly for the love of his family. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Yvonne Marie Gray; daughters, Darlene (Murray Smith), BC; Gail (Mike Sangster), Lyons Brook; son, Andy, ON; granddaughters, Amber, Andria and Caitlyn; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Imelda (Neri) Goguen, Cocagne, NB; brother, Laurie (May), ON. Tim was predeceased by his brothers, Alderick, Gerald, and Leandre and two in infancy. Visitation will be held 2-4 & 6-8PM Saturday in the McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou. Funeral will be held 3PM Sunday in the McLaren Funeral Home Chapel, Pictou with Fr. Peter MacDonald officiating. Burial will be in Stella Maris Cemetery. Donations in Tim’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society or a charity of your choice.
