Age 47, Halifax, Hugh Patrick Reynolds died peacefully on September 28, 2017 at the QEll Hospital in Halifax, N.S. after suffering a traumatic brain injury on September 23rd. Youngest son of Elinor Reynolds and the late John H Reynolds. Survived by his daughter Charley (and her mother Shelley); siblings Harry (Sharon), Anne, Brigid (Bruce), Ellen (Tracy), Jenepher and Michael; and nephew, Henry. Hugh was born March 14, 1970 in Ottawa, Ontario and grew up in Charlottetown, P.E.I. where he attended Colonel Gray High School and Holland College photography program. Hugh’s family thanks all of the wonderful friends and supportive people in his life, and the staff at QEll Health Sciences Centre for their excellent care and for facilitating organ donations to benefit others. Hugh’s creativity and compassion are reflected in a collection of his beautiful photographs. A celebration of Hugh’s life will take place 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 30 at the Universalist Unitarian Church of Halifax, 5500 Inglis St, Halifax, NS.
