Passed peacefully away, Ethel Churchill at Gully Pond Manor, Kelligrews on August 5, 2009 at the age of 77. Predeceased by parents Charles and Louisa Churchill. Leaving to mourn: son John (Karen) Churchill, Calgary, Alta.; three grandchildren, six great-grand children, nephews, nieces and cousins, and her family at Gully Pond manor. Family will be receiving friends from Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Thursday and Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from St. Lawrence Anglican Church, Portugal Cove on Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Bauline Line.
